You can now filter and search activities on timelines. You can also import to, and export from, the timeline of any record. This is the first phase of our brand new timelines functionality.
You can read more about these timelines updates here.
You'll notice that you can now view related records as a list, however many records there are.
We've recently reviewed all of the tools that we use at Beacon and we have updated our processors page. You can find the new page here.
Beacon customers are invited to join our private Facebook Group. It's a place to exchange ideas, tips, and best practices.
You can find the group here and we'd love to welcome you in.
The group is only available to Beacon customers.
We'll be doing some more work to improve timelines, improving formatting on form acknowledgement emails, and starting work on our Enthuse integration.
