With Email templates you can send emails to people in your database directly from Beacon.
Beacon now makes it even easier to reach out to important people in your database. Whether you need to email someone to say thank you for a cash donation, thank a volunteer for a job well done, or let a member know that their renewal is due, you can do it all from Beacon.
Create email templates that pull data from fields in Beacon to create personalised emails automatically - no need to open a separate email application.

You may have already noticed that we've overhauled how lists of records are displayed. Lists now load and scroll much faster, and you can resize columns to make your views fit your screen perfectly.
In light of the Covid-19 outbreak we've decided to pause the development of our new ticketing system. We're still going to build it, and we'll be reviewing the situation as it develops, but while there are no events taking place we're going to divert our engineering team to other projects.
You might have noticed something a little fishy about this morning's product announcement about Beacon's new product, CRM-VR. As many of our customers pointed out, this is abosolute nonsense! Hope you all had some much needed April fools laughs at our expense.
